
Free Exercise Class
This is a program for anyone over 18 years of age. You can exercise to music with the aesthetics of proper movement of your muscles to improve tone, flexibility, strength, and balance to enhance your own fitness.
Flex and stretch resistive bands and light weights are used for increasing strength and muscle tone. This exercise program also includes aerobics, total body stretching, yoga, tai chi, and the use of medicine balls.
All you have to do is show up wearing comfortable clothing and shoes.
Bring a towel or mat.
